About US

Dialogue, connection, support and mutual caring are highly important in people’s relationship tapestry. This is especially significant in a global environment characterized by lack of tolerance, widening social and economic gaps and hostility between people from different cultures and sectors

Initiated in 2016, the “Music for Dialogue” venture aims to promote dialogue and connection through music, between individuals and groups, between people from different sectors, cultures and ages. We aim to reduce conflicts and animosity and address our basic human needs for social belonging and shared lives. Our model and programs provide participants with insights and tools for getting to know each other in a meaningful way and for shared social action based on the wish to belong and live together.

The venture operates in two main avenues: at Tel-Aviv University’s School of Education we are leading a range of academic activities including academic courses and multi-disciplinary research. In the wider Israeli society we are operating various social-educational programs in schools, institutions and organizations, working both with normative and vulnerable youth and adults.
